Thank you for shopping with ODOROKU. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:


1. Processing Time

1.1 All orders are processed within 1-2 working days from the time your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.* 1.2 Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. 1.3 In the event of a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you promptly of any delays.

*Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.


2. Delivery Timeline

2.1 Once processed, orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days.* 2.2 Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays. 2.3 If an item is unavailable or back-ordered, we will inform you of the expected shipping time.

3. Shipping Fees

3.1 Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated during checkout based on your order size and delivery address. 3.2 Free shipping promotions may be offered for qualifying orders. Terms and conditions for such promotions will be outlined on our website. 3.3 Express delivery options, where available, may incur additional fees.


4. Delivery Notifications

4.1 After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming your order details. 4.2 Once your order is packaged and dispatched, a notification email with tracking details (if applicable) will be sent to you. 4.3 You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate. ODOROKU will not be liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


5. Failed Delivery Attempts

5.1 In cases of failed delivery due to an incorrect address or absence of a recipient, the courier may:

  • Attempt redelivery, or

  • Return the package to us. 5.2 If the package is returned, additional charges may apply for redelivery.


6. International Shipping

6.1 At this time, we only deliver within Singapore. International shipping is not available.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

7.1 While we ensure proper packaging, ODOROKU is not liable for any loss or damage caused during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 working days of receipt with photographs of the damage. 7.2 For lost packages, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
