At ODOROKU, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you. You may return the item under the following conditions:

  1. Return Window

    • You must initiate a return within seven (3) working days from the date you receive your item(s).
    • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  2. Eligibility for Return

    • The item(s) must be returned in original, unopened packaging, including all original accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received.
    • The item(s) must be unused and undamaged.
    • Proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt) is required.
    • Sales items are not eligible for refunds.
  3. Non-Returnable Items

    • For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable once opened or used, such as:
      • Duvets, sheets, pillows, personal care products, health and fitness products.
      • Consumables, unless unopened and in their original packaging.
      • Assembled furniture, mattresses, or custom-made goods.
  4. Refund Details

    • Delivery fees are non-refundable as the service has already been rendered.
  5. How to Initiate a Return

    • Provide your order invoice number and reason for the return.
    • Return the item(s) to our retail store or arrange a return pick-up (if applicable).
  6. Evaluation Process

    • Once the returned items are received, they will be evaluated within seven (3) days.
    • If the return is valid, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

ODOROKU reserves the right to refuse any return if the item(s) do not meet the stated conditions above.
